Privacy policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

This site is run by Anton Thomas Digital, a sole trader based in London. This page explains what happens to information you send me through it. It is written to be read, not to cover anyone in legal padding.

What I collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message. Nothing else is collected, and there is nothing else on this site that gathers information about you.

Why I collect it

To reply to you. That is the only reason. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing, and not sold or shared with anyone. Under UK GDPR the lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted me and expect a reply.

Where it goes

Your message is passed to my email provider and delivered to my inbox. It sits there in the same way any other email would. The site itself stores nothing.

Two suppliers process it on the way:

How long I keep it

If we end up working together, I keep our correspondence for as long as I need it for the work and for tax records. If we don't, I delete the enquiry once it is clear there is nothing to follow up.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Nothing follows you around after you leave. If that changes, this page will be updated first and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will action it — there is no process to go through, it is just me. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
